    • Reason for dissatisfaction
  2. Review: Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and contact you within 3 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Conditions:

  • The refund policy applies only to the initial design provided. Any subsequent revisions or additional design services requested are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the cost of the digital design service. Any additional costs (e.g., transaction fees, expedited services) are non-refundable.
